Points will not be deducted when the following conditions are met:

1. When downloading the same file again within 30 days;
2. When you are a donor, and downloading within the validity period and quota;
3. When you are a Hall of Fame member and downloading;
4. When downloading files uploaded by yourself (of course) ;
