这首桜ノ雨是由absorb(=halyosy)在日本中学毕业前期，也就是2008年三月份发布的。
一经发布就夺走了即将毕业的日本中学生的眼泪，而且翻唱版本无数。其中还包括中国、韩国、新加坡等国家nico爱好者的参与。
本专辑已于2008.11.26在日本发售，合人民币约90.00元。
这首歌不但被誉为「最强毕业曲」，发表后约400多天点击播放次数即达到100万次以上，成为VOCALOID传说级名曲，在日本极度受到国、高中生喜爱，甚至成为某些学校毕业典礼时的指定曲。
在台湾也被翻唱成中文版，同样大受好评，这首充满着青春时期酸甜中且带点微苦的心情，不仅能感动在学学生，就算离学校生活已有点距离的社会人士，听到此歌时也一定够回忆起过往和同学们嘻笑打闹，那曾经充满热血与友情的学生时代。
