广东电视台决定邀请广州军区政治部战士歌舞团为《蓝精灵》创作本土的主题曲接到任务之后时任团长瞿琮（词作家）对此非常重视他和时任副团长的郑秋枫（作曲家）决定联手创作仅仅用半天时间便完成了那首脍炙人口的《蓝精灵之歌
