韩国原版《大长今》主题曲《呼唤(ONARA)》由任世现作词兼作曲，金智贤、白宝贤及金露姬韩语主唱；香港版本主题曲更名为《希望》则由郑樱纶作词，陈慧琳粤语主唱；台湾版本主题曲更名为《娃娃》由施立作词，张韶涵国语主唱；中国大陆版本主题曲仍保持原名，由李文君作词，汤灿国语演唱，由湖南卫视收入《大长今》主题歌。尽管这几个版本的歌曲曲调没有什么变化，但不同版本的歌词却大不同，即便“超女”版本和陈慧琳版本都名为《希望》，歌词也不同，汤灿演唱的《呼唤》是唯一授权的版本。
