《Eyes on Me》是香港歌手王菲的第三张个人单曲与第一张英文单曲，于1999年2月24日由东芝EMI株式会社在日本发行，共收录3首歌。日本环球音乐于2017年11月3日限量发行7吋黑胶唱片的版本。
该曲是日本史克威尔发行的PlayStation游戏软件《最终幻想VIII》的主题曲。
在《最终幻想VII》的开发过程当中，史克威尔曾打算为游戏创作主题曲，但后来计划取消。在完成《Eyes on Me》之后，开发团队为选择适合的声音听取了无数的CD，直到听到了王菲的专辑。植松伸夫表示“王菲的声音和感情恰好符合我对歌曲的意象，她的中国人身份也符合最终幻想的国际形象。”但由于王菲的行程问题，开发团队带着管弦乐团前往香港录制歌曲。
