《浑然不觉》（英语：Numb）是一首由美国摇滚乐团林肯公园所创作的歌曲。它是专辑《天空之城—美特拉》（2003年）中的第十三首歌曲，同时也是最后一首。该曲为林肯公园最著名和最受欢迎的歌曲之一，并曾在《公告牌》的最佳现代摇滚单曲榜单上位居榜首长达十二周[3]；在2003年位居榜首达六个星期，且又在2004年居冠达六个星期。这首歌在《公告牌》的最佳主流摇滚单曲榜单上位居第一[4]，并花了三个星期在公告牌百强单曲榜爬上第十一名[5]。
后来，该乐团与嘻哈歌手Jay Z合作，将《浑然不觉》重新混合成《Numb/Encore》，而这给他们的专辑《冲击理论》带来了巨大的成功，并为他们赢得了格莱美奖最佳说唱/演唱合作[6]。《浑然不觉》还在Rhapsody的“十年百强歌曲”排行中排名第九十五位[7]。
2011年1月，《浑然不觉》也收录在《摇滚乐团3》的林肯公园DLC包中[8]。
