フジテレビ系アニメ『ドラゴンボールGT』第3期エンディング・テーマ。第42話から第50話まで起用。エンディングテーマ起用決定により、1番の歌詞が改詞（工藤のインタビューより）。ソロとしてのアニメのタイアップはこの作品が初めて。
カラオケでの人気が大変高く、オリコン週間カラオケランキングで1位を獲得。テレビで歌う際は、工藤のアイデアにより革のはっていないタンバリンを手に持ち歌う。
