DANZEN! ふたりはプリキュア / Futari wa Pretty Cure (MIDI cover)

Introduction
Originally began as a MIDI arrangement by LuisEdgarF (https://www.hamienet.com/midi36561_Pretty-Cure--Futari-wa-Pretty-Cure.html), which was compositionally incomplete (compared to the original PreCure song):
- skipped 16¾ bars worth of 167-BPM score between 2:06 & 2:30 (a whole section of notes –where it sang “Purikyua, kyu-kyu”– between 2nd chorus & 3rd stanza);
- completely missed a harpsichord that played a 4-chord arpeggio during the pre-chorus sections;
- missed some off-scale ½-tone grace trumpet notes during the chorus sections;
- also missed the trumpets during the 2nd & 3rd stanzas, as well as some strings during the 3rd stanza; &
- also got the piano notes wrong for the 3rd pre-chorus (rather than the slow-paced pattern heard during 1st & 2nd verses, it should have played a fast 4-chord arp).
So my mission was to improve upon that somewhat-incomplete MIDI & make it 100% complete by adding whatever was missing from the original song & fixing whatever was gotten wrong by that initial MIDI uploader. Here it is: the LuisEdgarF MIDI (which began as 128¾ bars long & 13 MIDI channels wide) now edited by me (fixed & extended, now measuring 149½ bars long & 16 channels wide – the maximum allowed by the MIDI standard).
