《乙女解剖》是DECO*27于2019年1月18日投稿至niconico、bilibili和YouTube的VOCALOID日文原创歌曲，由初音未来演唱。传说曲，截至现在于bilibili上已有434.31万次观看，19.48万人收藏。

2019年2月7日，niconico的VOCALOID及其他分区遭到大规模工作，本曲也被工作了约50万再生，并以20日2时35分的用时达成传说，超过《FREELY TOMORROW》（20日6时4分），一度成为第二速传说曲，直到被《帕梅拉》（17日16时51分）超过。

2019年4月18日，本曲在bilibili上达成传说。并在此后，本曲一度超越《病名为爱》的搬运稿件成为在bilibili上再生数最高的非中文VOCALOID歌曲，直到被《买买买》超过。

后来DECO与曾经一同在“galaxias!”乐队中的老熟人TeddyLoid多年后再度合作，邀请TeddyLoid对本曲进行了remix。DECO于2020年4月16日投稿了这一remix版本。
